Update of the Integrated Marketing Communication course program in the framework of the content review by integrated marketing communication, communication through social media, measuring the effectiveness of these media, the protection of social media, portals, and websites of companies that carry out integrated communication with customers, as well as the protection of customer data and security in online purchases, in B2C, B2B, and B2G. Online shopping and issues related to this, as well as given the recent developments in online commerce, the content of the IMC course was reviewed to include issues of data security and customer data protection in B2C, B2B, and B2G on IMC issues.
