In 3 March 2026, the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), Ethics & Governance Committee, Inaugural Committee Meeting of 2026 took place, in an online meeting where between committee members participated Prof. Dr. Enriko Ceko. The agenda included Code of Trust – Current Status Review, Strategic discussion on:

·       The current level of adoption of the Code of Trust among WBAF members

·       Confirmation of signature status among WBAF Board Members

·       The role of the Board in promoting, reinforcing, and institutionalizing the

·       Code of Trust across the organization

·       Ensuring universal endorsement of the Code of Trust by all WBAF members

·       Assessing the opportunity to formalize the Ethics & Governance Committee as a mandatory and structurally embedded committee within WBAF

The speech of Prof. Dr. Ceko was focused on GDPR as the 5^th principle of WBAF Code of Ethics, and establishing processes, procedures, regulations and records for standardizing the issue.

In the meeting participated WBAF Senators fond members of Ethical committee from Austria, Italy, Turkey, Kirgizstan, Egypt, Georgia, etc.
